Judith Kindell says she was reminding fund raisers that the new version of the informational tax returns charities file asks detailed questions about the compensation provided to professional fund-raising companies that charities hire and the relationships of those companies to an organization's board and executives. She was not suggesting that the IRS was scrutinizing pay of fund raisers who work on the staffs of nonprofit groups.
