Use this book if you are interested in getting the certification as soon as possible, Honestly I didn't feel that I spent a lot of time studying, between the exercise & the online martial you don't get board.
But this is not the book for you if your interested in learning all the aspect of ISO/IEC 20000 because it just give you an overview on the material & it's focuses on the exam material. (Posted on 7/17/10)
