Marell 600 Tablet Series

http://www.netbooknews.com Marvell is no stranger to the tablet market and at CES 2011 they showed off the Marvell 600 series.
The proof of concept tablets at their booth were running on the Android 2.2 operating system while sporting 1080p output via HDMI.
Having a chipset that supports HD playback in combination with HDMI will allow you to watch your favorite HD videos on a large screen TV in addition thanks to OpenGL this powerful processor has the potential to tackle 3D mobile gaming.
The device we say also had Wi-Fi and USB 2.0 in its 10" multi-touch display on which we are told to expect 5 to 6 hours of battery life while performing heavy duty computing tasks.
This is all of course before we get our hands on to test it out or find an impartial review online, but so far its got our attention (although we admit we'd prefer to see 10 hours of battery life ... Thanks iPad)
