A message to all members of By God Inspired
We want to challenge you to be more like Christ. So we challenge you today to begin restoring those broken family bonds.
If you want to be forgiven by GOD, you must be willing to forgive those who you feel have wronged you.
This is picking up your version of the Cross that we each must bear. It's not easy, nor did the Word of GOD say it would be easy. But if you profess to be a Christian, than you owe it to Christ to represent HIM the right way. You must model HIS behavior.
Pick up the phone right now and call that person or people in your family who you have shut out of your life. Simply say to them that they were on your mind and you wanted to see how they are doing. That's all it takes. If you say you can not do that, then what you are really saying is you are not willing to forgive.
You are saying that you do not want GOD to forgive you of your sins. You are pointing yourself towards an eternity you don't want. Forgive, call and speak positively into that person's life no matter how much they may say to you to pull something bad out of you.
When you make that call you will see how that makes your spirit feel. Satan doesn't want you to make that call.
He's going to do everything possible to tell you that you do not need to make that call to show you are a Christian (Self-Righteous, Prideful tactic of his).
When that urge comes to you to ignore this message, know what is pushing your buttons in that direction. Make that call now or send a letter, an email or something that shows you are moving passed the past with your first order of business to forgive.
Whatever you do...do it now otherwise you will get distracted in the next few minutes and ultimately you will forget about doing this. This is how Satan works. If you have the right mind to do it, then he will use the distraction tactic to turn you away from doing what the Holy Spirit is guiding you to do. You have to know what is at play.
