Experiencing New Life in Jesus Christ

Are you a new believer, or do you know one? Remember that while the journey of Christian faith begins when we make a conscious decision to lay all our needs and concerns at the foot of the cross, surrendering to God is a lifelong process. It manifests itself as a humble and patient walk with Jesus on a daily basis, clinging to the promises of God's Word in spite of discouragement and adversity.

A Christian will experience many ups and downs, but that is not the final word on his situation. In Christ he has already become a new creation (II Cor. 5:17). Nothing can change that, while we keep our eyes fixed on the Lover and Redeemer of our souls. Dramatic changes may not happen overnight. But a deep and abiding sense of Christ's presence in our lives will come with a commitment to prayer, Bible study, and fellowship with other believers.

If you haven't yet embraced the promise of new life in Jesus Christ, we'd love to communicate with you about God's plan of salvation. Call Focus on the Family Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (MST) at 855-771-HELP (4357), or visit the faith section of our website at FocusOnTheFamily.com.
