This time over the police attempt to squash the report on a 5-year old child's rape and sexual torture!! Then they beat up female protestors! Why is India so angry? This rape is only the tip of the ice-berg. A just released report shows that rape of children is up by 336%   Government and police corruption is a large part of this rise in crime.
