PETITION CALLING FOR THE PASSAGE OF HOUSE RESOLUTION 390

#ActForAssistance
This is the last week to sign the petition to call for the passage of H.R. 390 which will help provide aid to displaced Christians in Iraq and Syria.

Don't let Christianity be driven from Iraq and Syria! In 2016, the U.S. declared that ISIS was committing genocide against Christians and other religious minorities in Iraq and Syria. The Christian population in Mosul had been decimated, dropping from 35,000 in 2007 to a mere 20 or 30 after ISIS' conquest of the city. In Syria, over 40% of the population has fled since the civil war began in 2011. Even though ISIS has been pushed out of Mosul and is slowly being defeated, the Christian communities of Iraq and Syria remain on the verge of extinction.

H.R. 390 is a bipartisan bill that provides urgently needed aid to these victims of genocide and will help give them the hope and support they need to start their lives over again. The bill passed the House of Representatives by unanimous consent on June 6, but is now stalled in the Senate.

Raise your voice today and sign the petition to the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee urging the passing of H.R. 390.
